Starting with the free consultation, we will discuss the general structure of your wedding day and determine the best service package to suit your needs. A detailed questionnaire will be provided that covers your wedding day from start to finish, and this will become the guidelines of our service. This includes items such as ceremony coordination, your grand entrance & introductions, special dances, song choices, toasts, key moment transitions, and announcements to keep your guests informed & entertained. You will have personalized attention every step of the way. We listen to your ideas and share ours as well to create a truly customized package.

Detailed planning is a big part of the service we offer, and our custom packages range from Reception only to Ceremony & Reception at different locations. Included in every package is unlimited consultation, coordination of key moments prior to the big day, day-of coordination with the officiant and other vendors, and you can rest assured that we will provide continuous DJ & MC performance.

Package options are also available. You may need a handheld wireless microphone to pass around for the toast & speeches. Perhaps you would like your very own CD compilation to give as a wedding favor. How about pre-recorded spoken sentiments that will be heard at the beginning of your first dance? So touching.

Booking

Ellis Entertainment will hold your date for 7 days after initial consultation. A signed contract and a 50% retainer is required in order to secure services.
